My deepest sympathy to your family. Clay was one of the finest men I had ever met. He was truly a man of God treating everyone the same every time you saw him. Last names or bank accounts didn’t matter to Clay he loved everyone as he loved the Lord. My prayers and thoughts are with you as you go forward. I know it will be a path of sorrow for so many. Clay was a big ole teddy bear who never let you walk away without a hug. I know when Clay reached heaven the Lord said ” Well done my good and faithful servant” and is now enjoying his rewards. He will be missed dearly. Praying for you all.

Dear Timanus family. Please know that the Fountain Inn community is in mourning and disbelief alongside you during this difficult time of great loss. Clay was one of the finest gentlemen we’ve ever had the privilege to know. It was very obvious that he loved his family, his church, his friends, but most importantly, his Lord. He was definitely a shining light in the community and will be sorely missed. Our town has lost yet another great patriarch. Please know that you are and will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. We know that Clay is rejoicing in Heaven today with all the other great men who are already there.
