Steve Ray Brooks
Steve Ray Brooks, 68, of Fountain Inn, husband of Jackie Brooks, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, January 7, 2022.
Born in Denver, CO, Mr. Brooks was a son of the late Charles and Tillie Brooks.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Justin Brooks (Dee), and Cody Brooks (Nikki), his step-son, John Miller (Stacey); ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one brother, Rick Brooks; one sister, Susan Barnett; and one sister-in-law, Sue Brooks.
Mr. Brooks was preceded in death by two brothers, Chuck Brooks and Douglas Brooks; and a sister, Janet Henderson.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Fountain Inn Church of God with Pastors Jamie Hughes and John William Miller III officiating.
The time we had with Steve wasn’t long enough. For the past seven years as a part of our family, he was truly so kind. Getting together for family events and Christmas was always fun. He will be greatly missed! Rest In Peace, Steve. Condolences and prayers to all the family.
