Michael C. Stafford, 84, of Simpsonville SC, formerly Bluefield, WV died Wednesday June 8, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family.

Born in Welch, WV, Michael was a son of the late Estil C. Stafford and Geneva A. Stafford.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bluefield WV and was retired from the Bluefield Post Office.

Michael is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Stafford; five children, Deborah Ball, Joan Harriman, Mark Stafford (his wife Beth), Kathryn Hopkins (her husband Doug), and Colleen Bailey (her husband Brandon); 12 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces, and cousins.

He was predeceased by Sister Joan Goodwin and brother Richard Lee Stafford.

Memorial Services will be announced at a later date to be held at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church in Mauldin SC.
