I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of Karl & Marlene. I have known them since selling them their home in Elmira, NY. I still remember Karl saying he had tried several realtors who never called him back until he met me. I loved working with them. Marlene was a wonderful person. We always found something interesting to chat about when we were looking at houses. Their house was kept so nice and Karl was always working on something creative. They were such a kind and caring couple and seemed very happy when they moved & lived in TN. They loved their little white dog. I just heard about their passing and wanted to share how to this day I try to get back to my clients based on Karl’s comments. They stuck with me. I loved these two and am so sad to hear of their passing. My deepest condolonces.
