One of the nicest ladies I’ve ever known. A very good friend to my mother in law, Betty P. Gault.

I first met her when I was in high school at Hillcrest and I knew her as Mrs Babb. She was a positive influence on my life then and later I married into the Terry family and she became a much loved Aunt Lucy to all of us! She was a good cook and always made homemade rolls for our family at Christmas! She was a wonderful aunt to my husband and his brothers! She was loved by my family! Every family needs an Aunt Lucy!

I loved Mrs. Lucy. I got to spend time with her when we both worked in the Cannery with my Dad, M.O.

I remember Mrs. Babb saying she never put a hem in anything, with a needle after iron on tape was invented!

I am so sorry to learn of Mrs. Babb’s passing. I remember her as my teacher at Hillcrest, but I remember her more from Fountain Inn. I enjoyed seeing her around town. I will always think of her out walking for exercise. When I ride by her house I still expect her to be there. She will be missed.

Prayers for the Babb’s. Mrs Lucy was a sweet lady and she and Mr Buck gave me my first job filing stuff in their insurance office. She was also my teacher in school. She will be missed.

Praying for Mrs. Babb’s daughters and their families! She was my Home Ec teacher at Hillcrest, many years ago. She was a friend during those years and since, as well! I know you will miss her!
