Larry James Phillips
Larry James Phillips, 86, of Mauldin, loving husband of Emily (Bertie) Phillips, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, January 30, 2026.
Born in Ridge Farm, Illinois, he was a son of the late Vernie and Elsie Phillips.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Cheryl (Webb) Hudspeth, Debbie (Ron) Gunderson, Vernon (Amy) Phillips and Charles (Denise) Foster, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Donald Phillips, Sonny Phillips and Sue Lamkin.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Cannon-Byrd Funeral Home – Simpsonville, 313 North Main Street, Simpsonville, SC 29681. The family will be receiving friends prior to the service beginning at 12:00 PM.
Interment will be private for the family.
