Words cannot express the sorrow that JR and I feel on the passing of Kathy. From growing up with her and her sisters on Augusta Street, to becoming “neighbors” again on St. Helena Island, I have known her all my life. Kathy, Terry, and Elaine became the sisters I never had. Kathy was one of a kind. She was beautiful, talented, funny, caring, sincere, and generous. She was a blessing to all who knew her. We hold your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Without a doubt, heaven just added an eternal new member to the Praise Team that stands around His throne singing the song of the redeemed. We all prayed for a miracle this side of heaven but God had in eternity past set aside this time for her to come and be with Him. Bob, Chris, and her close knit family will surely miss her greatly in the days ahead. Please know know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Missing Kathy already — she always took time to chit chat and catch up (even when I interrupted her while mowing). She kept their yard immaculate and it doesn’t seem real that I won’t have the opportunity to visit with her any more. She was so brave in her fight against Meso and I know she is fully healed now. RIP Kathy!!!
