Kathy Curtiss

Kathy Ann Curtiss, 61, of Simpsonville, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, March 28, 2021.

Ms. Curtiss was born in Lake Worth, FL to Lucille Hawkins Cook and the late William Robert Curtiss.  She was a veteran of the US Navy and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are a daughter, Allyse Lewis and husband, Jerry; four grandchildren, Steven, Brianne, Abbie and Lacie Curtiss and three sisters, Brenda Curtiss, Patty Fasig and husband, Bill and Pamela Berthume and husband, Greg.

Memorial Services will be 2:00pm Wednesday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

    🥀It breaks my heart that someone so sweet and kind has been taken, but I know she has gone to be with the lord and is in a better place, it goes to show any of us could be taken at any time, we all need to Express our love for each other more now than ever🙏❤💕

  • So sorry to hear the news of Kathy’s Passing she was always very kind and thoughtful to me and all others around her that she would meet, Huge smiles and Laughter with Kindness.
    I am Sure with her devoted heart that the Lord has made a special path for her new home.

  • It is still hard to grasp that she is no longer on earth. You are missed Sis. I look very forward to the amazing reunion in heaven. I know you are having a wonderful time there! Mom would say you are having a hallelujah time! Love you always Sis.
