To the Lawson family, I was saddened to learn that Jr. had passed away. We had been friends for many years. We had many fond memory’s from the early 60’s when I was a rookie police officer in Fountain Inn. We had remained friends since that time. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, and had a warm smile, each time that he saw you. I know that you,(the family) and all that knew him will miss him. May God make smooth the path before you in the days and months ahead. RIP my friend

I am so saddened by the lost of my brother in law. We shared so many fun times together over the years I am going to miss our weekly conversation but I know you are in a better place with my sister and your family walking the streets of gold and celebrating in the house of the Lord Jesus Christ Rest In Peace we will all be together one day. Love you my friend.

Sorry to hear of John’s passing. He was a first cousin to Ray and James Lawson. Also a second cousin to Neil, Mickie, and Ken Lawson. Our prayers are with your family. It had been a while since Neil and Ken had been in contact with John.
