Gerard ‘Gerry’ M. Cornioli II
Gerry M. Cornioli II, 39, of Fountain Inn, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
Born in Houston, TX, Gerry was the son of Gerard M. & Doris Rhodes Cornioli. Gerry lived in Fountain Inn and went to Hillcrest High School class of 2003.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Beth Cornioli and her fiancé, Dwaight ‘G.A.M.E’ Birchfield; two nieces, Isabella Hammond and Sarah Cornioli; and one nephew, Michael Cornioli.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 12, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at Cannon – Byrd Funeral Home in Fountain Inn.
The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.
Entombment will follow in Cannon – Byrd Memorial Park Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to: Spartanburg Regional Hospital, Gibbs Cancer Center, 380 Serpentine Dr., Spartanburg, SC 29303.
I am truly sorry for the loss of your son namesake uncle Gerard, I am heart broken aunt Elaine and cousin Beth. I knew Gerry and he always had something good to anybody he met. The world is a little darker without him in it.
