Patsy was a sharp wit, spirited, playful, and laughed easily in the company of loved ones and friends. She was a world-traveler and a travel agent for many years. Throughout her life, Patsy lived in Atlanta, Kansas City, Charleston, and Greenville to be near family. She was a devout Christian and served in the community churches where she worshipped over the years. In her retirement, she lived her faith by service as a mentor in adult literacy and delivering Meals on Wheels. She aimed for strength in the Lord often praying Ephesians 6:10-18 with loved ones.

Patsy was a devoted sister and close to her family. She is preceded in death by her seven siblings, brothers, Crawford and Charles, and sisters, Elizabeth, Louise, Kathleen, Bessie, and Diann.

She is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law, Jack and Julie Greer, Mike and Laura Greer, and Stan and Gayle Greer. Patsy is also Mimi to seven grandchildren, Trinity and Nikky Greer, Katie (Greer) and Sean Bolchoz, Tommy Greer II and Arielle Gore, Marissa (Greer) and Josh Hanlin, Harrison Greer, Bailey Greer and Ryan Sweeney, and Hayden Greer; and four great-grandchildren, Jeryd and Ed Bolden-Greer, Rhiannon Greer, Kelly Bolchoz, and Michael Bolchoz. She had a very special place in her heart for her many nieces nephews that loved her deeply and remained devoted to her throughout her life. She loved her sweet dog, Ladybug, who was by her side to comfort her on her final day.

Our family would like to thank the staff and all her dear friends and neighbors at Quillen Manor Assisted Living for their care, support and love. Thank you to the team at Open Arms Hospice, and especially our nurse Brenda Jackson, for the guidance and wonderful care you have given us and our Mama through these last months.
