Elizabeth Jennie Valentien
Elizabeth Jennie Valentien, 91, widow of Wilton “Duke” Henry Valentien, passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was a daughter of the late August and Ruth Turnquest Peterson.
Elizabeth is survived by seven children, Ruth Thornton (Joe) of New Jersey, Diane Forté (Ed) of Mt. Pleasant, Liz Amato (John) of New Jersey, Bruce Valentien (Monica) of Duncan, Virginia Valentien of New Jersey, Dawn Sacco (Sam) of Arizona, Kim Valentien of New Jersey; 19 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by two brothers, Pete and Paul Peterson.
A Private Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date.
