Cheryl Lynn Boggs

Cheryl Boggs, 58, of Fountain Inn, SC, went home to be with the Lord just after 11:00 am on July 19, 2020.

She is survived by her husband, Lane Boggs; daughter & son-in-law, Melissa & Jeffrey Breazeale; and her dog, Tank, all of Fountain Inn; godson, Jason Vickery, of Florida; daughter-in-law, Misty Boggs, of Powdersville; and a granddaughter, Hanna Taylor, of Powdersville. She is also survived by her father & stepmother, Chevis & Linda Kinley, of Anderson; her mother, Connie Hughes; a sister, Donna Redd, both of Fountain Inn; and a brother, Ricky Vickery, of Florida.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her daughter, Kayla Boggs.

She was a K4-K5 teacher at Holy Cross Academy in Simpsonville and at Fountain Inn Day Care Center in Fountain Inn.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Prisma Health and the staff at Brushy Creek for taking such good care of her.

The family is accepting flowers or donations may be made to: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in memory of Cheryl.

Due to COVID-19 a private service will be held for the family. Burial will follow in Cannon Memorial Park. The family will be at the home for those wishing to pay their respects. Please stop by the funeral home if you would like to sign the registry.

    Lane, This is a hard time in your life, and if there is anything I can do for you, please do not hesitate to let me know. It is so hard to lose your life long partner.     Lane, I know Cheryl and you have been through alot and reasons known only to God at this time, Cheryl is no longer suffering. We are praying for you and rest of family.
