Bobby Brite Bonds

Bobby Brite Bonds, 80, widower of Erbie McCuen Bonds, of Simpsonville, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022.  Born in Fountain Inn, he was the son of the late J. Alvin and Era Vaughn Bonds.  After serving in the U.S. Army, Bobby worked for Michelin in Greenville. He was a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church in Greenville, where he loved being a part of the Senior Group.

Bobby is survived by two sons, Jerry Carl Bonds and his wife, Stephanie, of Belton, and Robby Fulton Bonds and his wife, Dana, of Williamston; seven grandchildren, Savannah Bonds, Jarrett Bonds, Austin Bonds, Maykaylie Bonds, Dalton Crowe, Nicki Crowe, and Payge Crowe; and two great grandchildren, Cayden James and Avennie Jae.

In addition to his wife and parents, Bobby was preceded in death by two infant sisters, Deloris Bonds and Carrie Jane Bonds.

A visitation will be held Thursday, December 8, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be on Friday, December 9, 2022 at Greenville Memorial Gardens beginning at 11:00 am.

    We will truly miss our friend, Bobby. Everyone who knew him loved him. He loved his Tigers and his family. His Rocky Creek family will miss him dearly.

    I will miss this precious man but I know he is celebrating with our Lord & Savior.
    He was always a pleasure to speak with and I know he is back loving on his precious Ernie.

    I remember Bobby and Erbie were travelers with our senior group for many years and he was always the outgoing friendly talker and Erbir always had a smile while he was talking. We will miss him at our senior meetings, he always kept a positive attitude.
