Arthur James Armstrong IV
Arthur James Armstrong IV, 76, of Moultrie, GA, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019. Born in San Bernardino, CA, he was the son of the late Arthur James Armstrong, III and the late Phyllis Jeanne Shaeffer Paul.
Arthur is survived by his son, Tony; three daughters, Jennifer, Amanda, and Morgan; five grandchildren; his brother, John; and three sisters, Terri, Becky, and Leslye.
A private family service will be held in the near future.
