Janet Sue Bass
Janet Sue Bass, 87, widow of Embree Lamar Bass, passed away on January 31st, 2022. Born in Oak Park, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Irwin Otto Heide and Vera Louise Pratt Heide.
Janet is survived by her children Michael Kaufman (Christal), Heidi Durocher (Brent), Thomas Kaufman (Charlene), Jeffrey Kaufman, and John Kaufman (Diane); nine grandchildren, John Persinger, Ryan Kaufman, Kara Reynolds, Brittany Kaufman, Kevin Kaufman, Carolyn Cardin, Chelsea Kaufman, Alex Kaufman, Aiden Kaufman; and eight great-grandchildren.
Janet was preceded in death by her siblings, Erwin Heide, Jack Heide, and Thomas Heide.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
