Samuel Bryan Berger

Sam Berger, 48, of Pendleton, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

Born in Boulder, CO, he was a son of Michael R. Berger and the late Judith Mansfield Berger.

Sam was a talented and gifted person. He could build anything with his hands, and was also known for his ability to make people laugh. His quick wit and charming personality turned ordinary moments into cherished memories. Whether through a clever joke or a funny story, he had an unparalleled gift for lifting spirits. Samuel was passionate about music, and you could often find him sharing his favorites tunes and artists with his friends and family.

Sam is survived by his son, Noah Samuel Berger; his father, Mike Berger; three brothers Daniel Berger, Ryan Berger, and Scott Berger and his wife, Nicole; and two sisters, Gwen Turner and her husband, Kipling, and Elizabeth Berger.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm at Cannon Byrd Funeral Home in Fountain Inn. A Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Cannon Byrd Memorial Park.

Rest in Peace, Samuel. We take comfort in the belief that he is now preparing our mansion in heaven with his mother. Your music, laughter, and dance echo in our hearts forever.
