Jacqueline A. Biedlingmaier
Jacqueline Ann Biedlingmaier (Jackie), 79, of Simpsonville, SC, widow of Joseph Biedlingmaier, passed away from natural causes on Friday, May 3, 2024. Born in Paulding, OH, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Betty Mae Fox and was preceded in death by siblings Richard and Janice Fox.
Jackie is survived by two sons, Joseph ‘Joe’ Biedlingmaier (Betsy), and Matthew Brock Biedlingmaier, and was the proud grandmother of two grandchildren, Ellis and Henry Biedlingmaier.
Jackie had a passion for music, was a skilled pianist and singer, and was accepted to the prestigious Juilliard School of Music upon graduation from high school. She chose to attend Bowling Green University to embark on a career as a special education teacher before settling in Maryland with her husband Joe. She spent the majority of her adult life raising kids in Maryland until relocating to South Carolina in 2012 following Joe’s passing.
Jackie maintained a deep personal faith and was actively involved in her church ministering to other widows and mentoring younger women.
No public service will be held.

I work at Waterstone and Jackie was a pleasure to be around! She spoke of her sons so lovingly and I know she adored her family. Please be comforted knowing that she is at peace and no longer feels the pain of this world. Prayers for your family.

Jackie was my roommate through college and after for several years during our teaching careers. We kept in touch over the years and I so valued her friendship. I’m so glad that I was able to talk to her by phone last spring. Her deep faith was sustaining her. My condolences to Joseph and Mathew.
