Dorothy Peacock Watkins
Dorothy Peacock Watkins, 93, of Greenville, SC, widow of William A. Watkins, died Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Born in Pineview, GA, she was a daughter of the late Looney O. and Sallie Jones Peacock.
Dottie is survived by her son, Kenneth Watkins (Linda Rust) of Greenville and daughters, Sue Lynn Johnson of San Diego and Rosella Crane (Larry) of Greenville; four grandchildren, Brett and Michael Johnson and Jeremy and Jeffrey Crane; six great grandchildren, Jac Crane, Ella and Baron Crane, and Caleb, Emmet, and Lily Johnson; and numerous nephews and nieces.
In addition to her husband and parents, Dottie was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held at Christian Hope Church on Christian Hill Church Road in Pineview, GA on May 7, 2022. The service will begin at 12:00 pm with lunch following.
