Steve and the rest of the Buchanan family, I as so sorry to hear about David. I, as you are aware I have known your family since I was a youngster growing up on the mill village here in Fountain Inn. Davis was a true friend of mine and we became better friends as he worked as a dispatcher when I was a police officer in Fountain Inn, many years ago. I know that David went through some hard times. Now he is a peace with no more pain. GOD bless each of you in the days and week ahead. When the call came in for David from above, (to 10-19) he responded (10-4) and the went (10-7) RIP my friend.
Buchanan Family,
I’m so sorry for your loss of David. We went to school together, so I’ve known him along time. He was always friendly and had a smile for everyone. I pray God will bless you with peace and comfort. Sincerely, Susan Barbre

Dear Family,
Suzanne and I loved Buck. He always had a warm smile and usually a funny story or quick joke.
But on my last visit with him recently he had a peace about himself as he was prepared for his future no matter what came. We know that he is healed from all infirmities and is rejoicing with his Mom and Dad and others. God Bless you all as you rejoice as well in his homegoing. One last thing, he wanted his church to know how much he loved and missed being with everyone there.
God bless you family! “Buck” was a good friend while I was at Fountain Inn First Baptist Church. We traveled and served God together. He was a great man!!
Prayers for you all!!
It hurts my heart to learn of David’s passing, but I know that dad gave him a warm welcome. Hen thought the world of David. No matter what his physical condition or circumstances, David always had a huge smile and hug for me. He touched so many lives in a positive way. His testimony will linger for the ages. Love to all!
