Alfred Nicholas DeAngelis

Alfred Nicholas De Angelis age 73 of Simpsonville, SC, formerly of Gloucester Township, New Jersey and Philadelphia PA, went home to be with the Lord on April 21,2009. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife , Donna Ruth De Angelis, five children Alfred R. De Angelis, Linda M. Falzani, Robert T. Freeman, Diane L. Moss and Robert A De Angelis. He is also survived his brother Phillip De Angelis of Magnolia, NJ, ten grandchildren and many nieces and nephews

Mr. De Angelis was Chief Civil Structural Engineer and Project Engineering Manager with United Engineers and Constructors and its successor companies, Raytheon Engineers and Washington Group International in Princeton, New Jersey and Philadelphia, PA for 36 years before he retired in 2000. He is a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church, Moore ,SC.
The family will receive friends at Poplar Spring Baptist Church,, 790 Highway # 417, Moore, SC, on Friday April 24,2009 from 6 until 8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday April 25,2009 at 11 AM at Poplar Springs Baptist Church, Moore , SC . Interment to follow in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in his memory may be made to Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network, 4813 Saint Elmo Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland, 20814
