Patricia Unice Reece
Patricia Unice Reece, 81, of Simpsonville passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024. Born in Shelby, NC, she was the daughter of the late Norvel Reece and Ruth Lowery Reece Calvert.
Pat had an inquisitive nature, loved to sing, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved the Lord with all her heart and never hesitated to encourage others with kind words, bible verses and a hug.
Pat is survived by a daughter, Ellen Hoggatt (Wylie); a brother, George Edgar Calvert, Jr. (Brenda); a nephew, Andrew Calvert; and her close friends, Judy Grant, Anne & Richard Crews, Kris Mitzel, Carolyn Charpia, and Ellen Hawkins.
Services will be private for the family.
So thankful and grateful for our friendship, Pat’s encouragement, our phone calls, praise reports, and so much more. Blessed to have Ms. Pat in my life as a coworker, confidant, and friend.
Ron and I had the privilege to get to know Pat in our Community Group at Fellowship Greenville. Pat loved the Lord and always contributed to our group in positive ways. We will miss Pat.
Blessed to have had a friend/coworker in Pat. She had a beautiful soul and enormous Christian heart. My sincere condolences to the family for your loss.
