Bill Donald, 74, of Union, husband of Shirley Bolton Donald, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, November 5, 2023.
Born in Fountain Inn, he was the son of the late Alonzo Donald & the late Nell Pridmore Cooley.
In addition to his wife, Shirley, Mr. Donald is survived by his children, Michelle Holbert, Kenny Banks (Rachel), William Donald, Cheryl-Anne Harvey, Billie Rice, and Wendy Erwin (Jeff); ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one grandson, and his grandmother, Ethel Sloan Pridmore.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 10, 2023 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Cannon Byrd Funeral Home, Fountain Inn.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 1:00 pm in the Cannon Byrd Funeral Home Chapel in Fountain Inn officiated by Rev. Jamie Vaughn. Interment will follow in Cannon Byrd Memorial Park.

I am so sorry for your loss of husband, father, and grandfather. You all will be in my prayers. Bill was one of my few memories I have from the days of getting together at grandma Pridmore’s. It’s to bad the family didn’t continue. Love you all!
