Valerie Lynn Kruska, 60, of Simpsonville, wife of Jim Kruska, passed away at home on Sunday, January 17, 2021.  Born in Aiken, SC, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Ann Reeves Lanier.

In addition to her husband, Valerie is survived by her son Garith Phillips; two grandchildren, James and Paxton Phillips; and a brother Donnie Lanier.

In addition to her parents, Valerie was preceded in death by her sister, Pam Lanier Shaw.

A Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date.
