Sharon Renee Gibson, 77, of Simpsonville, SC, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025. Born in Piedmont, SC, she was the daughter of the late James and Eva Edwards Dobbins. Renee was the Widow of Bobby Joe Gibson. Sharon is survived by a loving family. Son, Danial Gibson (Wife Chris Gibson), and Amy Gibson (Husband Adam Schulte); a brother, Arthur Douglas Dobbins. Three grandchildren, Joseph Gibson, Jacob Gibson, and John Gibson.
A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Cannon-Byrd Funeral Home; 1150 N. Main St., Fountain Inn, SC 29644. Interment will follow at Graceland East Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends starting at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
