Robin Phillips Cannon, 62, wife of E. Gary Cannon, of Simpsonville, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Born in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of the late Samuel D. Davis and the late Mildred Masters Harris.
Robin was an avid golfer, loved going to the beach and to the lake. She loved cats and held a special place in her heart for her 17 year old cat, Bailey.
In addition to her husband, Robin is survived by her stepsons, Eddy Cannon of Liberty and Chris Cannon of Greer; four grandchildren, a sister, Tina Ryland (Mickey) of Taylors; five nieces, Lisa Rowland, Kelly Davis, Ashley Ryland, Heather Ryland, and Hannah Davis; a nephew, Frank Thomason; and other extended family.
In addition to her parents, Robin was preceded in death by her sister Deborah B. Kemp and her brother, Lucky D. Davis.
The family is planning a private memorial to be held at a later date.
