Richard L. Hand, 78, of Fountain Inn, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 29, 2025.

Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Robert B. (Claudia) & Sarah Hinton Hand.

Mr. Hand is survived by his siblings, James Hand, Anthony Hand, and Dianne Mahaffey (Eddie); and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Nancy Thomason; and two brothers, Ronald Hand and Tommy Hand.

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 4:00 pm in the Cannon Byrd Funeral Home Chapel in Fountain Inn. Interment will follow in the Clear Spring Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home starting at 3:00 pm.
