Rebecca “Becky” Coleman

Becky Coleman, 71, of Fountain Inn, wife of 40 years to Sam Coleman, passed on to the gates of Heaven on Thursday, July 30, 2020.

Becky was the daughter of the late Henry and Anne Frost of Great Falls, SC. She is survived by her husband, Sam; a son, Jason McGinnis (Citlalli) of Trion, GA; a daughter, Natalie Smith (Barry) of Fountain Inn; brothers, Tommy Frost (Cathy), and Mark Frost (Terrie) all of Great Falls; a sister, Marcia Lighthart (David) of Columbia; brother and sister-in-law, John and Alice Coleman of Greer; grandchildren, Owen Smith, Justin Smith, Darien, Ambar, and Yohann Aguilar; her mother-in-law, Frances Coleman, of Fountain Inn; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amber McGinnis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to: Homestead Hospice of Greenville or to a charity of one’s choice.

A private graveside service will be held in Cannon Memorial Park.

    I was online reading about a cousin of mine that has died when I saw the notice for Becky. I am happy that you had a long life together and sad that she has passed at a young age. I have some fond memories from the few years that I knew her.
