Phyllis ‘Sue’ McKnight
Sue McKnight, 82, of Belton, widow of Daniel McKnight, Sr., died on Friday, April 12, 2019.
Born in Toledo, OH, she was a daughter of the late Russell Cole and Francis Henderson.
She is survived by her son, Daniel McKnight Jr. and his wife, Rhonda, of Fountain Inn; her daughter, Gwen Schortgen and her fiancé, James Seigler, of Belton; grandchildren, Tina Hammontree (Seth), Tara Lester (David), Tyler Smiddy (Alexa), Scott McKnight, Kyle Schortgen (Julie), Amber Coe (Travis Brock), Brandon Schortgen, Devin Baden, and Raven Baden; and one sister, Florence Huff.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Glenn McKnight, and Matt McKnight; one daughter, Kay M. Baden; one grandson, Eric McKnight; and one sister, Delores Thomas.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 2:30 PM in the Cannon Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Cannon Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 1:00 PM.
