When I think of Mary Nan Huff and her love for her Lord, her family, her church and love serving as Secretary at Rocky Creek Baptist Church. I met her when I became the pastor at Rocky Creek many years ago. She was a faithful secretary serving the church and ministering to the church and her family. She was dedicated and supportive in her ministry. I hope I blessed her as she blessed me. She is now in glory walking the streets of gold, perfectly healthy and pain free. Thank you Lord for Mary Nan Huff.
I am so excited for Mary Nan to be greeting her Lord Jesus. She was such a kind and sweet lady and was so helpful to me as a young minister at Rocky Creek. I loved having Mary Nan and Sandra Harris to help me learn the people and to know how to be a better pastor. May God bless your family.
I’ll always remember Mary Nan our beloved church secretary. Often, I would go by to play the grand piano before going on to work. One morning she opened the door and said; “play Amazing Grace for me”. She sat down on the front row and in just a few minutes Martin came in and sat by her. They were great. Rest in peace, my sweet friend, Mary Nan. Love to you both Jane and Becky.
