Mary Manning, of Salem, South Carolina, died Friday, May 3, 2013 at Emory Hospital, Ga., during a procedure relating to a heart valve replacement.

She was born in New York, February 27, 1929, to Alex and Althea Malapetsas.

She is survived by her 2 sons Bob and Chris and their wives Candy and Patti.

She is also survived by her grandchildren Robbie Manning and Jessica Hamilton and her husband Daniel, and their children Landon and Cohen.

There will be a private graveside service with the immediate family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Animal Humane Society.
