Martina “Marti” Greentree
Martina Greentree, 51, of Simpsonville, died Friday, September 12, 2014.
Born in Annapolis, Maryland she was the daughter of the late Martin Greentree and Ingrid Maria Fairbrother. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband, James Walters; one son, Trevor Greentree, and his wife, Rae, of Tokyo, Japan; and one sister, Linda Iosbaker, and her husband, David, of Elkins, WV.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home.
Her family remembers Marti as having a loud and outgoing personality; able to strike up a conversation with anyone. Having lived all over the eastern United States, Marti could blend in with anyone, though her impressive height and striking blonde hair made her a standout wherever she went. Though Marti is gone, the memories she left with those whose lives she touched will live forever.
