Marilyn Jo Hipp
Marilyn Jo Hipp, 71, of Simpsonville, died on Thursday, May 21, 2020.
Born in Parris Island, SC, she was a daughter of the late Jack & Myrtis Carter Draughon.
She is survived by her daughter, April Medina (Frank) of New Mexico; a son, Joseph A. Stapleton of Spartanburg; grandchildren, Haley L. Medina and Jordan B. Medina; and a sister, Carolyn Powell and her husband, L.A. “Buddy” Powell.
Mrs. Hipp will be entombed in the Cannon Memorial Park Mausoleum with a memorial service to be held at a later date for the safety of family and friends.
