Marie Sprayberry, 87, of Piedmont, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.
Born in Crossville, TN, she was a daughter of the late Perry VanWinkle and the late Mary Davis VanWinkle. She was a dedicated caregiver and Registered Nurse over 43 years.
She is survived by her children, Jo Ann Duncan of AL, Brenda Dunn of Simpsonville, Doug Sprayberry of Piedmont, and Perry Sprayberry of Piedmont; ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; and one sister.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Altizer Chapel of Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Guy Altizer officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 1:00 PM prior to the service.
Interment will be in Graceland East Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to: Jody & Terri Colson, C/O Central Missionary Clearing House.

Sweet, loving lady . God and her family was everything to her . She will be missed by many . She is with her Heavenly Father now.
So sorry for your loss. I worked with Marie when she was working at Greenville Memorial Hospital. She was a very special person. A Godly woman. Such comfort to know she is with her heavenly Father, I know she will be missed.
