Con profundo dolor, pero también con inmensa gratitud por una vida llena de amor, fe y entrega incondicional a su familia, comunicamos el fallecimiento de nuestra amada Sarito Muñoz, quien partió a la presencia del Señor el 15 de mayo de 2026.

Sarito nació el 17 de octubre de 1963, hija de los ya fallecidos Cruz Vidal Cadavid Lopera y Rosaura Zapata Vanegas. Fue una mujer noble, alegre y generosa, cuya sonrisa y calidez dejaron una huella imborrable en todos quienes tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla.

En 1999 emigró a los Estados Unidos en busca de nuevas oportunidades para su familia. Con dedicación, esfuerzo y una admirable ética de trabajo, desarrolló su vida laboral en las industrias textil y automotriz, ganándose el respeto, la admiración y el cariño de compañeros y amigos.

Por encima de todo, Sarito fue una mujer de familia. Amó profundamente a su esposo, Gustavo Herrera, y a su querida hija, Diana Marcela Muñoz, quienes fueron el centro de su vida y su mayor orgullo. Su amor incondicional, sus sabios consejos y su apoyo constante permanecerán por siempre en el corazón de quienes la amaron.

Le sobreviven su esposo, Gustavo Herrera; su hija, Diana Marcela Muñoz; sus hermanos Aura Tabares, Arturo Cadavid y Marta Nelly Cadavid; además de numerosos sobrinos, familiares y amigos que hoy lloran su partida, pero celebran la bendición de haber compartido su vida.

Sarito será recordada por su alegría contagiosa, su amor por las celebraciones familiares, su elegancia, su espíritu servicial y su profunda fe en Dios y devoción a la Virgen María Auxiliadora. Su legado vive en los valores que sembró, en las vidas que tocó y en el amor que compartió generosamente.

Aunque su ausencia deja un profundo vacío en nuestros corazones, encontramos consuelo en los recuerdos, las enseñanzas y el amor que nos regaló durante toda su vida.

Gracias, Sarito, por tu amor, tus enseñanzas y cada momento compartido.

Te extrañaremos siempre.

With deep sorrow, but also with immense gratitude for a life filled with love, faith, and unconditional devotion to her family, we announce the passing of our beloved Sarito Muñoz, who went to be with the Lord on May 15, 2026.

Sarito was born on October 17, 1963, daughter of the late Cruz Vidal Cadavid Lopera and Rosaura Zapata Vanegas. She was a noble, joyful, and generous woman, whose smile and warmth left an unforgettable mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In 1999, she emigrated to the United States in search of new opportunities for her family. With dedication, hard work, and an admirable work ethic, she built her professional life in the textile and automotive industries, earning the respect, admiration, and affection of coworkers and friends.

Above all, Sarito was a family woman. She deeply loved her husband, Gustavo Herrera, and her beloved daughter, Diana Marcela Muñoz, who were the center of her life and her greatest pride. Her unconditional love, wise advice, and constant support will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

She is survived by her husband, Gustavo Herrera; her daughter, Diana Marcela Muñoz; her siblings Aura Tabares, Arturo Cadavid, and Marta Nelly Cadavid; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who now mourn her passing but celebrate the blessing of having shared her life.

Sarito will be remembered for her contagious joy, her love for family gatherings, her elegance, her service-oriented spirit, and her deep faith in God and devotion to the Virgen María Auxiliadora. Her legacy lives on in the values she instilled, the lives she touched, and the love she generously shared.

Although her absence leaves a profound void in our hearts, we find comfort in the memories, teachings, and love she gifted us throughout her life.
