Linh Xuan Le
Linh Xuan Le (GioanBoatixita), 78, of Spartanburg, husband of Yen Thi Nguyen, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023. Born in Xuan Phong, Vietnam, he was a son of the late Chuong Le and the late Tu Thi Dau.
He served two years in the South Vietnamese Army. He was a trained and practicing Architect in Saigon (City of Ho Chi Minh), Vietnam before moving to the U.S.
In addition to his wife, Linh is survived by four children, Maria Bich Tran (John Duc Tran) of Spartanburg, SC, Lieu Thi Le (Huu Thien Tran) of Houston, TX, Nguyen Thanh Le (Jerry Phillips) of Raleigh, NC, and Tien Quang Le (Gary Hoskins) of Durham, NC; one grandson; five granddaughters; two sisters, Trong Le and Vinh Le; and many extended family members in the U.S. and Vietnam.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Loc Quang Le; two brothers, Trang Van Le and Khang Le; and one sister, Cuu Le.
A Visitation will be held at Cannon-Byrd Funeral Home on Monday, April 10, 2023, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Linh Le will lie in state at Our Lady of La Vang, 2020 Gibbs Shoals Road in Greer on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 3:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the church beginning at 10:00 am. Mr. Le will be cremated following the mass.
