Rev. Lewis Howard Votaw
Lewis Howard Votaw, 98, of Simpsonville, husband of Carol Howard Votaw went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, July 17, 2023.
Born in Kingsley, Michigan, Rev. Votaw was the son of the late Lewis & Ruth Douglass Votaw Sr. A Graduate of Bob Jones University, he was a Pastor and charter member of Victory Baptist Church. He served our country in WWII in the Army Air Corps.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the Heritage Chapel of Cannon-Byrd Funeral Home – Simpsonville with Pastor John Heffernan officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home starting at 1:00 pm.
