Lester Joe Freedle, Sr., age 66, husband of Debra Reeves Freedle, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2013.

Born in Wilmington, NC, he was a son of the late Walter and Violet Mae Sink Freedle. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a Market Manager for Bi-Lo.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Freedle is survived by a daughter, Leslie Freedle; a son, Lester Joe Freedle, Jr.; five step-children, Frederick Prendergast, Dorothy Prendergast, Steven Reeves, Kristopher Reeves, and Jennifer Cox; 16 grandchildren, Breanna, Shaylyn, and David Jo Freedle, Geoffery, Jennica, and Bella Prendergast, Rachael and Emily Campbell, Morgan, Alexander, Anneliece, and Nikki Reeves, R.J. and Cameron Anderson, Alexis Watts, and Camelia King; two great grandchildren, Gage Patterson and Bethany Noelle Campbell; two brothers, Dennis and Richard Freedle; and five sisters, Mary Moretz, Mae Hayes, Madelyn Roberts, Betty Bradshaw, and Elizabeth Hughes. He was predeceased by two brothers, Jimmy and Johnny Freedle; and a sister, Ruth Marsh.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Cannon Funeral Home in Fountain Inn with burial in Cannon Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Cannon Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
