John “Jack” D. Brandt
Jack Brandt, 79, of Simpsonville, husband of Alison Gustafson Powers Brandt passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026 while at home surrounded by family.
Born in Latrobe, PA, Jack was a son of the late Harold & Jessie Thomson Brandt.
In addition to his wife, Alison, he is survived by children, Lisa (Shawn) Burnstein, Sara (Chad) Paquette, Whitney (Michael) Moore, William (Kristen) Powers, Jackson Brandt, Alexandra (Benjamin) Holland, and Chloe Brandt; grandchildren, Lydia Holland, Angelo Riforgiate, Makenna Moore, Asher Moore, Maddy Paquette, Gavin Paquette, and Noah Jaskulke; and one sister, Joyce Tieri.
Mr. Brandt was preceded in death by one brother, Harold Brandt.
The Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 4:00 pm in the Mausoleum Chapel in Cannon Byrd Memorial Park, 1150 N. Main St., Fountain Inn, SC 29644.
Entombment will be private for the family.
