Joe Roger Garrett
Joe Roger Garrett, 83, 301 Old Fairview Rd., passed away on Friday, May 31, 2013. He was the son of the late Samuel G. and Hazel Fowler Garrett.
He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War, retired from Delta Woodside Mills, and attended Fountain Inn Wesleyan Church.
He was survived by a son Jeff Garrett; two grandchildren Matthew Garrett and Amber Garrett.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Bobbie Jean Duncan Garrett; 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Monday, June 3, 2013 at Cannon Funeral Home, Fountain Inn. A Chapel service will follow at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at Cannon Memorial Park with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fountain Inn Wesleyan Church, 205 Woodside Ave., Fountain Inn, SC 29644.
