Jerry Lewis Calvert, 77, of Simpsonville, husband of Carol Whitlock Calvert, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
Mr. Calvert was born in Simpsonville to the late Fred L and Sophie Burnett Calvert. He was retired from Cryovac and a member of Grace Community Bible Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife are three sons, Michael Calvert and wife, Allison, Timothy Wright, and David Wright and wife, Michelyne; a daughter, Kristie Calvert Wike; a brother, Ronnie Calvert and wife, Allie; two sisters, Rhonda Monroe and husband, Ronnie and Donna Garner and husband, Mickey; twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be 3pm Wednesday at Graceland East Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Grace Community Bible Church, 604 South Street, Simpsonville, SC 29681.

Carol, I am so sorry to hear about Jerry. Both Anita and Becky sent me a personal message on Facebook.
Jerry was a very special person. Margo and I have great memories visiting you and Jerry. We still have those hundreds of CD’s that Jerry did for Margo. We play them often and enjoy listing to all those special songs.
You will be on my mind and in my prayers. May God Bless you and family.

In our childhood, I have fond memories of Jerry and I chasing and playing together. He and I were close in age and he always knew how to make me laugh. My heart goes out to all the family.
