“Das Schönste, was ein Mensch hinterlassen kann, ist ein Lächeln im Gesicht derjenigen, die an ihn denken.” – The most beautiful thing a human can leave behind is a smile on the face of those that remember him. I have just that when I remember Dad, his humor, and his unique way of approaching whatever came his way.

My heartfelt condolences. I hope you can share some of the memories with a smile through your tears.

  • Edith, I am very sorry for your loss, as well as the rest of the family. He sounds like a great man from everything written, as well as the things that I have personally heard. I thank him for his service to the nation, and to the community. I have the privilege of working with your daughter who is a passionate leader and supporter with a huge heart.

My prayers to the entire family to help you during this difficult period. God bless!
