Edward E. Henderson
Edward Earl Henderson, 78, of Piedmont, SC, husband of Sharon Henderson, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026. Born in Greenville, SC, he was a son of the late John C. and Cora Smith Henderson.
In addition to his wife, Edward is survived by his son, Stephen Dale Henderson (Stephanie); two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Henderson and Brady Henderson; great grandson, Hunter Henderson; sister, Betty Armstrong; brother-in-law, Jimmy Armstrong; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by ten siblings, Ruby Allen, John Robert Henderson, Jessie Brown; Cara Chandler, Thelma Taylor, Mildred Boyce, Vera Davis, Sarah Thompson, Adger Henderson, and Harold Henderson.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Cannon-Byrd Funeral Home; 1150 N. Main St, Fountain Inn, SC 29644. Interment will follow in Cannon-Byrd Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m.
