Edna Sue “Nanny Sue” Panagakos
Edna Sue “Nanny Sue” Panagakos, age 82, wife of the late Alex Panagakos, went to be with Jesus on June 22, 2016.
Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Henry. She was predeceased by a son, George Panagakos; and two siblings Abe Henry and Essie Harkleroad.
Nanny Sue is survived by two daughters, Mary Hughes (Ed) and Paula Davis; a daughter-in-law, Susan Panagakos; and two sons, Walter Panagakos (Dell) and Abe Panagakos; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the chapel at Heritage Funeral Home in Simpsonville, SC.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
