Della Faye Robertson, 74, of Fountain Inn, SC, widow of Sammy Lee Robertson, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Born in Greenville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Cornelia “Nellie” S. Holcombe.
Della is survived by three children, Janet Waldrop (Keith), Kirk Robertson (Lana), and Faye McColley (Chris); eight grandchildren, Courtney (Tim), Cody (Sarah), Rylee, Brandon (Laura), Ashley (Cisco), Carrie (Will), and Elizabeth (Barron), and Logan; five great grandchildren, Thad, Lily, Timber, Riley, and Collin; expecting a great granddaughter, Lydia; a sister, Anne Holcombe; and her best friend, Nancy Neely.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four siblings, Helen, Christine, Steve, and Grady.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Cannon-Byrd Funeral Home in Fountain Inn, SC.
A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Cannon-Byrd Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Graceland East Memorial Park.

She was the best I know she will be missed and she was very loved by everyone she met and she could definitely light up a room with her smile.
