Charlie Daniel (Dan) Dorr

Charlie Daniel (Dan) Dorr, 55, of Simpsonville, SC, died Friday, July 9, 2010. He was born December 24, 1954, in Palm Beach, FL. He was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church of Fountain Inn, SC and was working with R-Max Company.

Survivors include his wife Deborah Ann Dorr of Simpsonville; daughters Nikki and husband Andy Holbrooks of Piedmont, Donna Aranda of Simpsonville. He was known as Pada to his grandchildren Israel, Benjamin and Alex Dorr, Hannah Aranda; brothers Jimmy Dorr of Summerville, Robbie Dorr of Easley, Hal Dorr of Fountain Inn, Billy Dorr of Easley, sisters Kim Kay of Simpsonville and June Bridges of Clinton.
He was preceded in death by his mother Francis Sims and son Tim Dorr.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2010, at Cannon Funeral Home, Fountain Inn, SC with Rev. Bob Roach and Rev. Mike Tucker officiating. Interment will follow in Cannon Memorial Park, Fountain Inn, SC. Visitation will be from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. prior to services.
