Carl J. Dickerson, 58, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013. He was the son of the late Elmer Graves and Willa Claudia Gibson Dickerson.

He was a graduate of Hillcrest High School, class of 1972, and was formerly an Automotive Manager at Pep Boys, Quick Lane and Fairway Ford all on Laurens Road. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Greenville County.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Marvella Walker Dickerson; daughter, Cynthia Pittman and husband Jon; son, Johnathan Dickerson and wife Brittany; grandchildren, Chaston Barnes, Connor Pittman, Lex Clack, Austin Ritter and Addison Dickerson; two nieces, Sangie Corrum and Marie Graham; a nephew, Kevin Nixon.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at Cannon Funeral Chapel, Fountain Inn. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 3:00 until 4:00 PM at Cannon Funeral Home.
