William Jackson Brown, Jr
William Jackson Brown, Jr, 92, widower of Betty Ann Batson Brown, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024. Born in Simpsonville, he was a son of the late W. Jackson and Annie Pearl Sumeral Brown.
William is survived by three stepchildren, James Murray, Jr, Louise Hunt (Ray), and Rose Allison (George); eleven grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and a sister, Mary McDonald.
In addition to his wife and parents, William was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024, at Greenville Memorial Gardens beginning at 1:00 pm.
We are so sorry for your loss. Junior will be so greatly missed. Please know that we will all be holding the family and friends close in our prayers as you face the struggles ahead. We know that Junior’s smile and kindness will continue to be felt always. He is finally at rest in his eternal home with Aunt Betty and God.

Mary, and other family members, I was so sorry to hear that Junior, had passed away, I would have been at the service and graveside service, but sometimes I have other duties at the funeral home. That was the case today, I had to serve in another position. However I wanted you to know that all of you are i my heart and prayers, Mary knows me, but some of the family may not.
