William Franklin Durham
William “Bill” F. Durham, 70, of Greenville, S.C. peacefully passed away on February 10, 2016 after a lengthy illness.
Bill was born on May 20, 1945 to the late Grace Harrington and the late Bill Durham, Sr. in Pittsboro, N.C. and grew up in Sanford, N.C. He worked over 40 years in the concrete and block industry and most recently retired from Carolina Concrete in Greenville, S.C.
He is survived by his wife, Patty, of Simpsonville; two daughters, Brittany Farrior (Todd) of Charleston, S.C. and Kelli Brizek (Jason) of Apex, N.C.; one son, Chad Durham (Kristen) of Greenville; two sisters, Francis Duncan (Jim) of Rock Hill, S.C. and Pat Gauck (David) of Southport, N.C.; and four grand-daughters, Clara Farrior, Emily Brizek, and Addison and Piper Durham.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Durham, and a sister, Grace Ann Marcum, both of Sanford, N.C.
Interment will be take place in Buckhorn United Methodist Church Cemetery in Moncure, N.C.
