Virgil Roy Spearman
Roy Spearman, 73, of Simpsonville, husband of Faye Dixon Spearman, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
Born in Anderson, SC, Mr. Spearman was a son of the late David F. & Hazell Sentell Spearman. He served our country in the U.S. Army.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Spearman is survived by his son, Lee Spearman and his wife, Shante and their daughters, Cassandra and Cheyenne Spearman; and two brothers, Kenneth Spearman, and Terry Spearman and his wife, Linda.
He was preceded in death by six siblings, Ed Spearman, Franklin Spearman, James Spearman, Linda Holmes, Tommy Spearman, and Gladys Locke.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 1:00 pm in the Cannon Byrd Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum. The family will receive friends following the service.
